All registration options for the 2011 CREATE Conference are online.
Please choose the preferred form below.

  

April 28th Conference Registration Fees and Dates:

 

Early Bird Registration (Feb. 4-28th) : $100

Late Registration (Feb. 29-April 19) : $125

Student Registration (Feb. 4-April 19) : $50 (must provide valid student ID on conference date)

 

Payment Options:

 

Accepted forms of payment are: credit card, purchase order, and check.

Walk-in payment forms are cash and check only.

Registration Notes:

 

  • Online Registration closes April 19, 2011. Registrants after this date will need to register in person at the CREATE Conference April 28, 2011.  Walk-in payment forms are cash and check only.
  • Registration for the Pre-Conference dates are online only.
  • Please register for 1 Pre-Conference event only.
  •  The Needs Assessment Pre-Conference is mandatory for identified districts.
  • District Director of Special Education will choose the sectional for each Needs Assessment Team. All team members will attend the chosen sectional as a unit.
  •  If you would like to attend the Needs Assessment Pre-Conference and are not an identified district, please contact Mary Kampa.

Refund Policy:

All cancellations prior to April 19, 2011 will be given a full refund.

Cancellations received after April 19, 2011 will be refunded minus a $30 administrative charge.
