Reservation Notes:

  • The room block for the CREATE Conference will be held until April 4, 2011.
  • CREATE Wisconsin does not make room reservations, individual registrants must contact the hotel and reference the CREATE Conference room block.
  • Hotel reservations are an additional fee and are not covered in the CREATE Conference fee.
  • Attendees must submit proof of tax exemption upon check-in on site.
  • Refer to CREATE Conference when placing reservation.
