District Informational Letter
The day will provide districts an overview of the CREATE project and its initiatives, as well as information on how the District Needs Assessment Rubric , completed by district teams in June 2009, is related to the state personnel development model and to the other CREATE initiatives and professional development. School teams will have time to discuss their progress on implementing the Comprehensive District Disproportionality Improvement Plan, submitted to the DPI in October 2009. Professional development needs for the 2010-11 school year will also be assessed.
