- University of Wisconsin Green Bay is hosting the 12th Annual Institute for Learning Partnership Fall Conference. Conference dates are October 7-8, 2010. - UMOJA Presents - A Black Heritage Camp Experience takes place at the Green Lake Conference Center, Green Lake, Wi on October 22-24, 2010. This camp experience has been established for families who have adopted or are fostering African American children or children from the African continent and the diasporas. Remembering Jefferson Thomas
- Jefferson Thomas passed away Sunday September 5, 2010 of pancreatic cancer. He is most remembered in history as being one of the Little Rock Nine, and remained a strong civil service advocate ever since. Read More >
